"Beathe helped us find our first home in bothell in 2012. My husband and i were looking at open house on our own where going to interview a few on the real estate agents we met and liked that day. We literally saw Beathe putting up her sign and asked her what house she going to. We talked to her about her house and another one we saw from the outside in the neighborhood. She was nice enough to leave her site during her break to show us the house. We set up an appt to do a interview with her and buy then she found us the same floor plan in a much more reasonable community is bothell and in a flat land rather then an elevated hill. This was one of the few last homes that winter in 2012 before the prices shot up. We were nervous to put our first offer in one of the first few houses we saw and she was also kind enough to go house hunting with us to assure we were getting good deal after the offer was made. She was able to negotiate a lower price for us, 1000 for modifications on a fairly new house, and helped us with some of the loan process questions. Overall she did a great job in getting us our first home. I sometimes still contact her about some upgrades we do and get her opinion and she is very responsive. I highly recommend her as a professional real estate agent."
